Minister for General Education and Labour

Shri. V. Sivankutty, Minister for General Education and Labour represents the Nemom Constituency of Thiruvananthapuram district in the 15th Kerala Legislative Assembly.

Previously he served as the Mayor of Thiruvananthapuram Corporation and Joint Secretary of All India Mayors' Council. He is a State Committee Member of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) and the State Secretary of the Centre of Indian Trade Unions (CITU) Kerala, and the District President of CITU, Thiruvananthapuram.
